KUALA LUMPUR, May 8 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives gained ground in early trading today.
At 9.15 am, the spot month May 2024 contract rose by 4.0 points to 1,613.5, while June 2024 added 5.0 points to 1,615.0. September 2024 gained 3.5 points to 1,602.5, and December 2024 saw an increase of 2.5 points to 1,606.0.
Turnover amounted to 1,656 lots, with open interest reaching 47,162 contracts.
At 9.32 am, the FBM KLCI rose 2.41 points to 1,608.09 from yesterday’s close of 1,605.68.
