KUALA LUMPUR, June 13 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives settled higher today after three straight day of losses.
Spot month June 2024, September 2024 and December 2024 bagged 2.5 points each to 1,612.5, 1,602.5 and 1,606.5, respectively, while July 2024 rose 2.0 points to 1,617.0.
Turnover, however, narrowed to 3,714 lots from 5,297 lots on Wednesday, while open interest eased to 46,380 contracts from 48,304 contracts previously.
At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI gained 1.22 points to 1,610.17 compared to 1,608.95 at yesterday’s close.
