KUALA LUMPUR, July 1 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened higher on Tuesday, tracking gains in the underlying cash market.
At 9.20 am, the July 2025 contract rose 8.0 points to 1,541.0, the new spot month, August 2025 gained 6.0 points to 1,539.0, September edged up 7.0 points to 1,520.0, and December 2025 advanced 2.5 points to 1,518.0.
Turnover stood at 1,074 lots, with open interest at 35,475 contracts.
The underlying FBM KLCI climbed 1.33 points to 1,534.29 after 33 minutes of trading from Monday’s close of 1,532.96.
