SHARP Malaysia Celebrates 40th Anniversary With Live Mighty Campaign, Service Excellence Initiatives

SHAH ALAM, Dec 20 (Bernama) -- Sharp Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd (SHARP) commemorates its 40th anniversary with the launch of the Live Mighty campaign and Double Sincerity Service Upgrades programme, highlighting its commitment to enriching Malaysian lives through advanced technology and exceptional service standards.

SHARP Malaysia managing director Ting Yang Chung said the Live Mighty campaign comprises various projects, including promotions, innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

The campaign also features national badminton women’s doubles pair Pearly Tan and M. Thinaah as its ambassadors.

On the Double Sincerity Service Upgrades programme, he said SHARP became the first home appliance brand to introduce a “7-Day Service Completion Assurance” programme, ensuring swift and reliable after-sales service nationwide.

“Beyond enhancing people’s quality of life, we are committed to becoming the brand most focused on service and quality. Our nationwide seven-day repair completion guarantee demonstrates our doubled sincerity and service upgrade commitment to our valued users.

“Additionally, customers who purchase any INVERTER series products or the 120Hz AQUOS XLED TRU series from now until Dec 31, 2025 will receive an extended one-year warranty upon online registration,” he said.
