PETALING JAYA, Oct 18 (Bernama) -- Active users of BookDoc can now expect greater rewards, thanks to the app's collaboration with four new partners.

The new partners are Caring Pharmacy, cash back e-commerce platform ShopBack, herbal health product retailer Himalaya and transport online booking platform, Easybook.

BookDoc currently has partnerships with over 70 merchants in 12 countries, rewarding users of the BookDoc Activ app on a monthly basis if they achieve the ‘bronze’, ‘silver’, ‘gold’ and ‘platinum’ tiers in the number of daily steps taken.

Being able to sync with other health applications such as Apple Health, Samsung Health, Google Fit, Fitbit and Garmin allows users to efficiently keep track of their daily accomplishment and be rewarded for it.

BookDoc founder, Datuk Chevy Beh said they were grateful to be part of the platform and rewarding BookDoc users to stay active.

“This partnership adds value to our end users and the great thing about our platform now is the cross-country redemption which means users can redeem their rewards within the 12 countries,” he said at the launch of Bookdoc’s new partnerships, yesterday.

Meanwhile, country general manager of ShopBack Malaysia, Alvin Gill said: "The collaboration with BookDoc is a win-win strategy and aligned with our vision of empowering everyone to spend and live the smarter way.

“This collaboration enables BookDoc users to always get cashback from any purchase across more than 500 online stores that they make through ShopBack and they will also receive sign-up bonus cashback and free products based on the number of steps taken.”

Himalaya’s retail marketing executive, Khairunnisa Husin said having BookDoc as one of its partners further aligned with the company’s vision of offering wellness in every home and for the whole family through its herbal healthcare and personal care products.

Marketing director of CARiNG Pharmacy, Loo Jooi Leng said working with BookDoc would create a stronger force for the communities to stay active.

The BookDoc app is downloadable for free at App Store or Google Play Store.
