KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 13 (Bernama) -- SWM Environment Sdn Bhd (SWM Environment) expects 85 percent of its staff in the three states under its service, namely Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Johor, to complete their vaccination by the end of September.

Its chief executive officer Ho De Leong said in a statement today that so far 40 to 60 per cent of SWM Environment staff, especially frontline workers, had received at least one dose since April.

He said vaccinating its staff in the solid waste management and public cleaning sectors was very important as they belonged to the front line who continued to serve non-stop and on schedule as usual since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
