ROME, Jan 25 -- Italy had reported 77,696 new cases and 352 more victims of the COVID-19 on Monday, the Health Ministry said.
That compares to 138,860 new cases and 227 more victims Sunday, according to Italian news agency (ANSA).
It added that Italy had recorded a total of 10,001,344 cases, or one in six Italians has been infected with the virus, since the start of the pandemic
The death toll since the start of the pandemic is 143,875.
