SERBA DINAMIK BAGS BEST OIL AND GAS AND MOST SUSTAINABLE ENERGY COMPANY FROM UAE-BASED PUBLICATION
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 8 (Bernama) -- Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has been named Best Oil and Gas and Most Sustainable Energy Company by United Arab Emirates digital publication house International Business Magazine.
The award is part of International Business Magazine’s 2022 International Business Awards programme.
International Business Magazine said Serba Dinamik’s operations throughout its 29-year history since 1993 have been well regarded in their competency in its four core businesses, namely operations and maintenance; engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning; information and communication technology, and education and training.
“The company served in 21 countries; it has not been an easy task to maintain a high level of excellence on so many fronts, but Serba Dinamik Group did,” it said in its blog.
Among its projects in the first half of 2022 were smart vertical farming, utilising indoor farming techniques and controlled environment agriculture technology in the UAE.
The crops were pesticide-free as they were grown in an indoor climate-controlled environment which could have given it an estimated gross yield margin of 40 per cent.
“Serba Dinamik also signed an agreement with a company in Bahrain to spearhead a solar energy project that is expected to provide an annual capacity of 25 megawatts.
“It would take about 80,000 Bahraini solar panels to meet the high global standards, with further plans to expand production capacity in the upcoming years,” it said.
