'suara Anak Madani' Talk Show To Debut On Dec 7

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 1 (Bernama) -- The 'Suara Anak MADANI' talk show to discuss hot issues and policies featuring guests with political backgrounds and from the government administration is set to debut on various social media platforms on Dec 7.

The show’s host, Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin, who is also the Prime Minister’s senior political secretary, said the 20-episode programme could bridge the gap on the hotly debated topics in a more casual setting and with easy-to-understand language.

"Our focus is to invite guests from the government who are the policy-makers themselves. We give space to ministers and deputy ministers to come out every week to give their views and to respond to criticisms from the public.

"This programme can also be used as a platform for the government to explain to the people, for example, the programmes or agenda that they (the government) are implementing or will implement," he told reporters after a recording of the programme here, today.

Shamsul said the first episode titled ‘Apa Cerita Setahun Kerajaan Perpaduan Madani?’ will feature Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil and Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Law and Institutional Reform) Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said as guests.

According to him, the programme will be broadcast on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

"Viewers can watch the first episode on the YouTube channel 'Suara Anak MADANI' on Dec 7 in conjunction with the MADANI Government One Year Anniversary Programme," he added.
