KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 29 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Palm Oil Council’s (MPOC) new website, which goes live today, will provide an enhanced digital experience and accessibility to resources and information within the Malaysian palm oil industry.

Chief executive officer Belvinder Sron said the new website marked a significant milestone in the council’s ongoing efforts to strengthen communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the Malaysian palm oil industry.

“We believe that the enhanced features and content will empower stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive positive change towards a sustainable future,” she said in a statement.

MPOC said the redesigned website features a user-friendly interface, streamlined navigation and enriched content that reflect its commitment to transparency, sustainability, and innovation in the palm oil sector.

“The new MPOC website boasts several key features designed to enhance user experience and provide valuable insights into the Malaysian palm oil industry.

“It offers enhanced accessibility, ensuring stakeholders can easily access information across various devices as well as comprehensive resources, including research reports, market analyses, sustainability guidelines, and promotional materials,” it said.

Additionally, the website incorporated interactive elements such as an artificial intelligence assistant to foster greater engagement and provide real-time responses to users' queries. It will highlight MPOC’s sustainability initiatives in line with its commitment to addressing environmental, social, and economic challenges within the industry.
