Magical Thinking People Becomes Isentia's First Strategic Partner, Authorised Reseller In M'sia

KUCHING, March 9 (Bernama) -- The ‘Communication 360’ forum, hosted by Isentia and Magical Thinking People, at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching recently ushered in a new era for Malaysia's communication industry.

In a joint statement today, the companies said the event showcased the latest in social listening, media monitoring, and marketing strategies for optimal communication impact.

“It also featured the signing of a memorandum of agreement (MoA) between the two companies, signifying a commitment to share expertise and service expansion in Sarawak,” it said. 

The statement said Magical Thinking People, a Sarawakian advertising agency, has been named Isentia's first strategic partner and authorised reseller in Malaysia. Isentia is a well-known media intelligence and data technology company.

Magical Thinking People partner and director Hazel Jasni said the strategic collaboration underscores Isentia's trust in Magical Thinking People's capability to offer innovative solutions and enhanced strategies in the Sarawak communication industry. 

Meanwhile, Deputy Minister in the Premier's Office (Corporate Affairs, Information and Sarawak Public Communication Unit-UKAS) Datuk Abdullah Saidol said in the statement that the media's active role, participation and media strategist contributions are highly encouraged to optimise the outcome of the state’s Post-COVID Development Strategy 2030 (PCDS).

“Therefore, I must acknowledge and compliment your efforts as part of your genuine intention to subscribe and embrace Sarawak's vision and mission to prosper Sarawak as a whole,” he said in the statement.

The ‘Communication 360 Forum’ provides participants with practical insights from panel sessions on maximising the impact of communication strategies. The forum facilitated dynamic discussions, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities with industry experts and local media representatives.
