670 People Feared Killed In Papua New Guinea Landslide Incident: Un Official

SYDNEY, May 26 (Bernama-Xinhua) -- The death toll from a massive landslide in Papua New Guinea (PNG) was estimated to surpass 670, an official from the International Organisation for Migration told media on Sunday, reported Xinhua. 

"They are estimating that more than 670 people (are) under the soil at the moment," Serhan Aktoprak, the chief of the UN migration agency's mission in the Pacific island country, said.
