KUALA LUMPUR, July 4 (Bernama) -- The public is invited to attend the Eastern Zone MADANI Rakyat 2024 programme, which will be held at Dataran Sayangi Kuantan, Pahang from tomorrow until Sunday.
Communications Ministry’s senior undersecretary (management) Mazlan Abd Mutalib said the three-day programme offers direct services to the public, including explanations of government policies and initiatives.
Additionally, a career carnival will be held during the programme along with various exhibitions and sales booths.
“The state governments of Pahang, Kelantan and Terengganu will have their own booths to promote eco-tourism areas and public welfare assistance programmes, among others,” he said when appearing as a guest on the ‘Apa Khabar Malaysia’ programme on Bernama TV today.
Mazlan said the public is also welcomed to visit the Communications Ministry’s booth, which will include agencies such as RTM, the Malaysian National News Agency (Bernama), and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.
He said that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is scheduled to officiate the programme on Saturday, and the public is invited to attend to hear his address.
The MADANI Rakyat 2024 programme is a continuation of the MADANI Government One Year Anniversary programme held at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium in December last year.
