KUALA LUMPUR, July 5 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower today.
Spot months July 2024 fell 5.5 points to 1,619.0, August 2024 decreased 6.0 points to 1,621.0, September 2024 was 7.0 points lower at 1,604.0 and December 2024 slipped 6.5 points to 1,611.5.
Turnover decreased to 7,865 lots from 8,264 yesterday, while open interest slid to 49,859 contracts from 50,015 contracts previously.
At 5 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) fell 5.73 points to 1,611.02 compared to Thursday's close of 1,616.75.
