WASHINGTON, July 8 (Bernama-Sputnik) -- US President Joe Biden doubled down on Monday on his intent for re-election, saying he was the only candidate the Democratic Party could count on to beat his challenger and former Republican president Donald Trump, reported Sputnik.
"Bottom line , I am not going anywhere," Biden said, calling into the MSNBC network for a live interview.
"I wouldn't be running if I didn't believe I was the best candidate to defeat Donald Trump."
