WASHINGTON, July 14 (Bernama-Anadolu) -- Former US President Donald Trump appeared to be injured Saturday after gunshots were reported at a rally in the US state of Pennsylvania.
Anadolu Agency (AA) reported Trump was seen bloodied on his right ear as he was being evacuated from the stage according to social media footage.
The Secret Service said it implemented protective measures and the former president is safe.
"This is now an active Secret Service investigation and further information will be released when available," it said.
A statement said Trump is fine, being checked for injuries at medical facility and the White House said President Joe Biden received briefing on the shooting incident.
