KUALA LUMPUR, July 18 (Bernama) -- Nur Hazirah Ramli celebrated her 21st birthday in style by helping the Malaysian team bag the girls’ team gold medal at the 2024 International Bowling Federation (IBF) World Youth Bowling Championships at the Fiesta Bowling Centre in Incheon, South Korea today.
Based on the results posted on the https://www.abf-online.org website, the Malaysian team of Nur Hazirah, Adania Mohd Redzwan, Anis Hannani Romzi and Adelia Nur Irwan Syazalee did superbly to defeat Singapore 2-0, winning the first match 221-211 and the second match 236-190.
Malaysian girls had earlier defeated Colombia 2-1 in the semi-finals.
Their win ensured Malaysia did not end their campaign in the July 7-18 tournament empty-handed.
