Aminuddin Satisfied With Performance Of N.Sembilan Councillors

SEREMBAN, Feb 12 (Bernama) -- Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun is satisfied with the work performance of his executive councillors, who are entering the second year of administration after the previous State Election.

He said all 10 of them have carried out their responsibilities and duties well and exceeded the stipulated key performance indicators (KPI).

"We see that everyone is doing well, just one or two who are new but, for me, all of them understand their responsibilities… perhaps in the first year there were shortcomings but now that we are in the second year, we can see there is an improvement.

"No plans to change (the exco). If we constantly change, they can't plan properly. Let them continue. We constantly remind them to make improvements,” he told reporters after chairing the executive council meeting here today.

Meanwhile, Aminuddin said the state government will launch the Palestine Wakaf Fund this Ramadan for the public to give their contributions to help the people in Gaza by targeting a RM4 million collection.

"We are also committed to constructing houses for the Palestinians in Gaza, so we need to make preparations in collaboration with the Negeri Sembilan Islamic Religious Council and the Malaysian Consultative Council of Islamic Organisation,” he said.
