JDT Beat Perak FC 2-0 To Clinch 11th Consecutive Super League Title

ISKANDAR PUTERI, Feb 24 (Bernama) -- Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) secured the Super League title for the 11th consecutive season after beating Perak FC 2-0 at the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium, here tonight.

The victory saw Hector Bidoglio's squad collect an unaccessible 58 points in total after 20 matches, although there are still four matches left while nearest challengers Selangor FC have collected 42 points after 19 league matches.

JDT, who won the Charity Shield, FA Cup and Super League this season, are currently in the hunt to defend the Malaysia Cup when they are scheduled to meet Sri Pahang FC in the final at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium on April 12.

The Southern Tigers will create history by achieving a 'Triple Quadruple' for three consecutive seasons, if they manage to achieve success in this season's Malaysia Cup.
