WASHINGTON, April 23 (Bernama-Sputnik/RIA Novosti) -- Vessels will not be allowed to sail through the Strait of Hormuz without permission from the United States, President Donald Trump said on Thursday, adding that the measure remains in place until Iran makes a deal, reported Sputnik/RIA Novosti.

"We have total control over the Strait of Hormuz. No ship can enter or leave without the approval of the United States Navy. It is “Sealed up Tight”, until such time as Iran is able to make a DEAL!!!," Trump said via Truth Social.
