KUALA LUMPUR, June 10 (Bernama) -- Maxis is offering a massive giveaway worth over RM1 million through weekly draws and a wide range of mobile and home device promotions in conjunction with the 2026 FIFA World Cup season.
Its Chief Consumer Business Officer, Loh Keh Jiat, said the campaign, running from May 18 to July 19, reflects the telecommunications provider’s commitment to delivering added value and rewarding its customers.
“We are excited to bring the thrill of this football season directly to our customers. This campaign is our way of adding extra value and rewarding our customers. Just by getting the plans or devices they need, customers are instantly in the running to win big every single week,” he said in a statement today.
The lucky draw prize lineup includes 50 Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (512GB) smartphones worth RM6,799 each, 100 Samsung 65” UHD Smart TVs worth RM3,899 each, and 1,000 Al-Ikhsan cash vouchers worth RM350 each.
Customers will automatically earn one entry into the weekly draw by subscribing to any new mobile postpaid or home internet service, purchasing a new device on any new or existing service, or upgrading a current mobile postpaid or home internet plan.
To be eligible for the draws, customers must ensure they have a registered account on the Maxis app and maintain an active account with no outstanding payments.
Entries submitted within each specific week will be eligible for that week’s giveaway, allowing participants multiple chances to win over the two-month campaign period.
Apart from the pizes, football fans can also get match-ready with exclusive deals, such as get a free Samsung 55" UHD TV (worth RM2,899) with the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra; own a free 5G smartphone (worth up to RM4,099) from Samsung, OPPO, vivo, or HONOR when signing up for Maxis Postpaid; and get a free Soundbar (worth RM649) when pairing Maxis Home Fibre with a Samsung TV.
