KUALA LUMPUR, June 24 (Bernama) — Malaysia Airlines flight MH780 experienced a “pressurisation issue” while en route to Bangkok today after departing Kuala Lumpur at 5:59 pm.
“The operating pilots initiated an emergency descent although cabin altitude was not exceeded and passenger oxygen masks were not deployed,” it said in a statement here today.
The aircraft remained stable and returned to KL International Airport where it safely landed at 8:18 pm.
