FA CUP: NOT IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT TURTLES DESPITE FOUR-GOAL DEFICIT - KIM SWEE

KOTA KINABALU, July 4 (Bernama) -- Sabah FC are ready for the 'four-midable’ challenge of overcoming a 4-0 deficit when they take on Terengganu FC in the FA Cup quarter-final, return-leg match at the Likas Stadium on Saturday (July 6).

Sabah head coach Datuk Ong Kim Swee said anything is possible if his players stay focused, stick to the game plan and don't concede any early goals.

On top of that, he said his men would also have to breach the Terengganu defence and score an early goal to raise their spirit and put pressure on the Turtles.

"This can be said to be a huge challenge, but it's not impossible. What is important is that we know all our players aim to make amends for what happened in Terengganu.

"I am certain that all the players are determined to play better at the Likas Stadium and work hard to get the desired result,” he said in a statement today.

Kim Swee said although striker Miguel Cifuentes and defender Gabriel Peres have not fully recovered from their injuries, he still has time to evaluate their progress.
