ASTANA, Aug 24 (Bernama-Kazinform) -- On the threshold of the Fifth World Nomad Games in Astana, residents and visitors to the Kazakh capital are invited to enjoy a photo exhibition titled “Spirit of Nomads: Borderless Horizons".
According to the country's national news agency, Kazinform, the exhibition features unique photographs by Kazakhstani photographers Anzor Gassayev and Alexander Kuznetsov, as well as British photographer Conor MacNeil and Hungarian photographer Sandor Karachon.
Diplomats, influencers and art lovers took part in the opening ceremony of the exhibition, which offers its visitors to enjoy majestic landscapes and portraits and delve into the world of nomads, depicted in the exciting photographs from other parts of the world.
Guests will also have the opportunity to view an innovative eco-project featuring a Kazakh yurt and unique felt and wool products, which combine traditional and modern technologies.
The Fifth World Nomad Games, an international sports event showcasing traditional sports rooted in the traditions of Central Asia's nomadic peoples, will be held in Astana from September 8 to 13.
