KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 21 (Bernama) -- Siakap Keli Sdn Bhd issued a denial today that its Facebook page had been shut down, claiming that its access was temporarily disrupted due to technical issues.
The company added that it was working closely with Meta to resolve the issue and regain access to the Facebook page and its digital assets.
“We are confident that this issue was caused by technical confusion, and are optimistic that the situation will be resolved as soon as possible.
“Thank you for your support and trust all this while. We will continue to ensure that we return to normal operations,” it said in a statement today, while urging the public to be cautious of fake pages masquerading as Siakap Keli.
The company also redirected the public to its alternative page: https://www.facebook.com/thesiakapkeli/.
While its Facebook page has been reportedly down since yesterday, but its TikTok, website and Instragram accounts are functioning and updating as usual.
Siakap Keli is an advertising agency owned by Maharsuri Sdn Bhd through Siakap Keli Sdn Bhd that was founded by three university students in 2013 that focused on creating viral content.
