I Want Justice For My Son - Mother Of Fatal Crash Victim

SEREMBAN, March 11 ( Bernama) -- The mother of Mohammad Aidil Ramdan Mohd Hisham,15, who died in a three-vehicle crash at Jalan Persiaran Senawang 1 on Thursday, is demanding justice over his death.

Haslinda Jupri, 44, pointed out that the crash not only killed her eldest child but also injured her youngest, Mohammad Asraf Adha, 14, who is currently being treated at Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital here.

“I can’t just let someone who did this be… one of my children is gone (Mohammad Aidil Ramdan), I won’t keep silent, I want justice for my son, that’s what I really want.

" .....Alhamdulillah, his brother (Mohammad Asraf Adha) is safe with only a broken leg, he is now in stable condition but still can’t be discharged as he needs to undergo surgery to his thigh,” she said at the grounds of the hospital here today.

The single mother said she had accepted what occurred but expressed her regret and stated that she found it hard to forgive the other party involved in the crash.

Mohammad Aidil Ramdan was one of three people killed when the Modenas Kriss he and another 16-year-old were on, along with the Honda Vario driven by Aisar Azim Abdullah, 17, were hit by a Honda Jazz at the traffic light junction of Matahari Heights, Jalan Persiaran Senawang 1.

Both Mohammad Aidil and the 16-year-old were killed in the crash, while Aisar Azim, died at 7.23 pm today at Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital.

Mohammad Asraf, who was the pillion rider of the Honda Vario, along with the Honda Jazz driver and passenger, are still receiving treatment.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the car, driven by a teenage boy, 18, carrying a passenger, 17, was heading to Senawang from Paroi when it failed to stop at the traffic light and rammed both motorcycles.

Meanwhile, Pertubuhan Briged Negaraku president Khairul Nizam Mohd Sopery said the association was ready to offer free legal services to the families of both victims killed in the crash.

“But for now, I urge the family to focus on the treatment of their second child, we want him to be really well and recover properly. We don’t want to rush, we will arrange things later,” he added.
