Richmond Asia Group Appoints Frasers Hospitality As Richmond Mayor Hotel Manager In JB

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 23 (Bernama) -- Richmond Asia Group Sdn Bhd has appointed Frasers Hospitality as the hotel management company for the hotel suites at Richmond Mayor, a new integrated mixed-use development in Johor Bahru (JB).

Frasers Hospitality is a strategic business unit of multinational real estate group, Frasers Property.

Nestled in Mount Austin, one of JB’s rapidly growing neighbourhoods, Richmond Mayor comprises hotel suites, a premium lifestyle mall, office suites, serviced suites, and serviced residences.

“Beyond the premier lifestyle mall, which features a curated selection of retailers and tenants, including supermarkets and eateries, a strategic mix of wellness-focused services forms a holistic health and wellness ecosystem within this integrated development,” Richmond Asia Group said in a statement.

By partnering with Frasers Hospitality as the appointed hotel management company, the group said Richmond Mayor further enhances its value proposition.

“The strategic collaboration brings world-class hospitality expertise to Richmond Mayor, ensuring residents and guests can experience global standards of service and comfort throughout their stay.

“The signing of the hotel management agreement with Frasers Hospitality also signifies the group’s continued commitment to a hospitality-led investment strategy,” it said.

According to the group, the inaugural phase of the development, Tower A, will mark the debut of the Richmond Mayor.

“Comprising a hotel, office suites and serviced suites, Tower A sets the tone for a distinguished mixed-use address in Mount Austin. This milestone reflects Richmond Asia Group’s vision to deliver enduring value through thoughtfully designed, high-quality developments,” it added.
