KUALA LUMPUR, April 25 (Bernama) -- A total of RM2 million has been allocated to residents’ associations in Sungai Buloh to strengthen local community development and address issues related to basic amenities, safety and cleanliness.
Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri R. Ramanan, in a Facebook post, said he made the announcement this afternoon during a meeting with nearly 250 representatives from residents’ associations, Neighbourhood Watch Areas (KRT), Joint Management Bodies (JMB) and Management Corporations in the Sungai Buloh parliamentary constituency.
The Sungai Buloh MP said the meeting served as an important platform to directly listen to grassroots concerns and better understand the real issues faced by the local community.
Ramanan also assured that all feedback received would not be taken lightly and that each issue would be examined carefully, with follow-up actions implemented effectively in collaboration with relevant agencies.
“I truly appreciate the openness of all parties in sharing their views, suggestions and challenges. My commitment is clear, I will ensure that the voices of the people are translated into tangible solutions that have a real impact on daily life,” he said.
