KOTA KINABALU, Nov 19 (Bernama) -- Sabah FC’s Malaysia Cup ‘home’ match against PT Athtelic FC, scheduled for Nov 27, will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Football Stadium, Cheras.
Sabah FC general manager Mohd Joh Wid said this was because the original venue at the Likas Stadium here was being used for the 16th Southeast Asian (SEA) Youth Athletics Championship 2024.
"Physical tickets will go on sale from noon on matchday at the Kuala Lumpur Football Stadium, while all season passes can be used at the stadium's main gate.
"The match will start at 8.30 pm, and Sabah FC apologises for the inconvenience," he said in a statement today.
He hopes all the team's loyal supporters in the Peninsula, especially those who live around Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley, could come together to support the Rhino Squad.
The first away match for Sabah FC in the round of 16 of the Malaysia Cup against PT Athletic FC will also take place at the Kuala Lumpur Football Stadium at 5 pm on Nov 23.
