NAKHON RATCHASIMA, Jan 24 (Bernama) — National para archers Daneshan Govinda Rajan-Wiro Julin had to settle for the silver medal in the men’s compound doubles event after suffering a narrow one-point defeat to Indonesia in the final of the 2025 ASEAN Para Games (APG) here, today.
In a tense gold medal match, the Malaysian pair posted a total of 150 points but fell just short as Indonesia’s Arif Firmansyah-Ken Swagumilang edged them 151-150.
As of now, the national para archery campaign at APG 2025 is still without a gold medal after accumulating three medals (two silver and one bronze).
APG Thailand 2025 is scheduled to officially draw the curtain down these Monday.
