KUALA LUMPUR, June 28 (Bernama) -- Malaysia and Suriname recently discussed future collaboration during a telephone conversation held between Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan and his Surinamese counterpart, Albert Ramdin.
The Malaysian Foreign Ministry in its Facebook posting on Friday said during the conversation, both ministers exchanged views on the potentials to enhance cooperation between Malaysia and Suriname particularly in the trade and investment sector, as well as oil and gas industry.
Ramdin also expressed his interest to undertake an official visit to Malaysia during the second week of July, according to the posting.
