They will learn to apply algorithms to solve practical problems and understand the ethical implications of AI technologies.

The programme also includes workshops and activities to enhance personal and professional skills. The Saudi students participating in the OSP programme, aged between 14 and 18, have joined their peers from various countries worldwide.

Upon completing the programme, they will receive a certificate accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC) and have the opportunity to obtain an academic recommendation for studying at one of the world's most prestigious universities.

As many as 298 students competed in the final stage of ATHKA. These students qualified from among 260,000 Saudi students from middle and high school levels who registered for the competition. The aim was to train them in competitive programming and AI, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to build national capabilities.
