1.MANUFACTURING WOOS RM351 MILLION IN FDI - - THE GLOBAL NEW LIGHT OF MYANMAR

The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration said the manufacturing sector received more than RM351 million in foreign direct investments from 25 enterprises in the first half of the current financial year. Most Chinese companies invested in the sector.

 

2. CAR SALES DROP AS EXCHANGE RATE DIPS- - THE GLOBAL NEW LIGHT OF MYANMAR

Myanmar Automobile Manufacturer and Distributor Association said the car sales has slowed down and prices declined by 20 per cent. The price drop was attributed to the falling exchange rate that hit sales from August until October.
