Security Patrols In Makkah Arrest Four Residents For Promoting Fraudulent Haj Services

MINA, May 21 (Bernama-SPA) -- Security patrols in Makkah arrested four Indonesian residents for committing fraud by posting misleading advertisements on social media offering fake Haj services, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Authorities stated that forged Haj cards and tools used in the fraudulent activities were found in their possession. The suspects were detained, legal measures were taken against them, and they were referred to the Public Prosecution.

Public Security urged everyone to comply with Haj regulations and instructions and report violations by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and eastern regions and 999 in all other regions of the Kingdom.
