Dayang Nurfaizah Unveils New Album, ‘ Janji’ For Fans

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 12 (Bernama) —After the successful launch of her traditional album Belagu II last year, pop, R&B, and ballad singer Dayang Nurfaizah is set to unveil her new album titled Janji, scheduled for release on Nov 22.

The album features 13 tracks that showcase the emotional depth of the Kuching-born singer, exploring themes of love, hope, and strength through a blend of ballads and upbeat songs.

One standout track from Janji is Lemah, composed by Hael Husaini and arranged by Mac Chew, which will be available for streaming on all major platforms starting next Friday.

 “This song means a lot to me. I have poured my heart into Lemah, and I hope it resonates deeply with listeners. Working with Hael is always an incredible experience.

Meanwhile, Hael views his collaboration with Dayang Nurfaizah as a great honour, noting that her voice and interpretation infuse the song with a unique soul.

The music video for Lemah is produced by renowned producer Lily Samsuddin, who will enhance the emotional impact of the song visually through rich metaphors.
