Special EC Meeting On Sabah Polls Set For Thursday In Kota Kinabalu

KOTA KINABALU, Oct 13 (Bernama) -- A special meeting for the 17th Sabah State Election (PRN) will be held at the Sabah Federal Government Administrative Complex here on Thursday (Oct 16).

The Election Commission (EC), in a note to editors today, said the meeting would begin at 10 am, followed by a press conference scheduled for 11 am.

“All media representatives are invited to cover the event,” it said.

On Oct 5, Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor announced the dissolution of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly to pave the way for the 17th state election.
