JcbNext Disposes Of 9.45 Pct Remaining Stake In Nova Pharma For RM5.21 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 19 (Bernama) -- JcbNext Bhd has disposed of its entire 9.45 per cent equity interest in Nova Pharma Solutions Bhd for RM5.21 million after accepting an unconditional mandatory takeover offer from Southern Score Builders Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the investment holding company said the disposal involved 14.08 million ordinary shares in Nova Pharma at a cash consideration of 37 sen per share.

“Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(26) of the Main Market listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd, the board wishes to announce that JcbNext had on Jan 19, 2026, ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Nova Pharma following the disposal,” it said.

Nova Pharma is a public company incorporated in Malaysia and listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities, principally engaged in the business of providing technical documentation, validation and project execution in the pharmaceutical and biological industries.
