KUALA LUMPUR, June 16 (Bernama) --  Amanah Raya Berhad (AmanahRaya) and the Property Valuation and Services Department (JPPH) have entered into a strategic partnership through the introduction of “JPPH Drive”, an integrated digital platform aimed at accelerating and streamlining the estate administration process.

In a statement, AmanahRaya said the latest digital initiative is designed to enhance the efficiency of property valuation services by reducing dependence on manual processes previously used in estate management.

The collaboration was officially launched in conjunction with the 69th JPPH Day Celebration held at the National Valuation Institute (INSPEN) in Bangi yesterday, marking a new phase of digital transformation in public service delivery.

AmanahRaya Acting Group Managing Director Jack Yap Ngee Heong said the collaboration reflects the company’s commitment to improving customer experience through innovative and more efficient service solutions.

“This digitalisation effort not only reduces reliance on manual processes but also strengthens the overall efficiency of estate administration for the benefit of heirs and all stakeholders involved,” he said.

According to Jack, among the key advantages of the platform are improved operational efficiency, faster and more systematic access to information, as well as better management of data and records.

He added that the platform is also expected to generate cost savings while enhancing service quality through a more efficient and transparent system.

Meanwhile, JPPH Director-General Abdul Razak Yusak said the launch of JPPH-AmanahRaya Drive reflects the agency’s continued commitment to advancing the public sector digitalisation agenda.

He said the initiative has the potential to transform existing work processes into a more integrated system while accelerating the handling of property valuation applications related to estate administration.

At the same time, Abdul Razak said the platform would strengthen aspects of governance, transparency and the effectiveness of service delivery to the people.

“The strategic partnership between JPPH and AmanahRaya reflects the growing importance of a whole-of-government approach in enhancing the efficiency of public services.

“Through this secure and centralised digital platform, information sharing can be carried out more quickly, systematically and with integrity, ultimately expediting the estate administration process for the benefit of heirs and stakeholders,” he said.

He also expressed hope that the initiative would be a catalyst for more digital collaborations between government agencies and strategic organisations in the future.
