NEW DELHI, Oct 21 (Bernama) -- Malaysia's Odissi classical dance exponent Datuk Ramli Ibrahim and his troupe performed at an Indian cultural festival in New Delhi on Sunday night.
Hundreds of dance and theatre enthusiasts attended the "Invitation to Odissi" show.
The performance included four artistes from Ramli's Kuala Lumpur-based dance theatre Sutra Foundation.
"The festival of Indian dance organised by the Sangeet Natak Akademi brought in hundreds of performers and academicians of dance to the capital city and demonstrated the emphasis of soft cultural diplomacy," Ramli said.
