KUALA LUMPUR, March 10 (Bernama) -- IOI Properties Group Bhd (IOIPG) is set to unveil Senna ExChange, the first commercial offering in its signature township of Senna Puteri in Salak Tinggi, Selangor.
In a statement today, IOIPG said the commercial hub offers 37 two-storey and 12 three-storey shop offices across 3.14 hectares, offering new opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors who wish to benefit from the growing commercial prospects in Sepang.
Senna ExChange, strategically located near the old town centre of Salak Tinggi, is supported by a growing catchment population of more than 400,000 people from the surrounding areas.
The property developer said the project is set to benefit from its proximity to the Express Rail Link (ERL) Salak Tinggi station just three kilometres away, promoting accessibility to the rail line’s ridership of more than 20,000 passengers daily.
IOIPG head, group sales and marketing and branding Nicole Lee Chee Yiing said Senna ExChange follows in the footsteps of the group’s previous launch, Arena Xchange in Kota Warisan, which was sold out just four months after launch with high occupancy within six months of completion.
She said this success showcases the development potential of Sepang, which has registered a growing population with developers launching a vibrant range of products in this township.

According to IOIPG, Aurelia capitalises on the township’s strategic location and elevation with 386 contemporary three-storey hilltop townhouses, with built-up areas from 1,690 square feet (sq ft) for lower units and 2,336 sq ft for upper units, priced from RM495,000.
