Labuan’s USO Continues Expansion With Seventh Office Facility At Mid Valley

LABUAN, Feb 7 (Bernama) -- Universal Serviced Offices (USO), a Labuan-based serviced office provider, has announced its latest expansion with a new facility in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur. 

Located in the office and shopping complex’s Gardens North Tower, the new office spans over 16,500 square feet and will feature serviced private offices, coworking spaces, and approximately 350 workstations.

Its chief executive officer Hesham Mansour said the facility is set to open on April 1, 2025, and would be USO’s seventh location since its inception in February 2021.

Hesham said the expansion reflects USO’s commitment to meeting Malaysia's growing demand for flexible and high quality workspace solutions.

Hesham said the new facility would cater to a diverse range of clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises, freelancers, startups, fintech companies, legal professionals, remote teams, and digital nomads.
