LANGKAWI, Aug 19 (Bernama) -- Dream Forest Langkawi, an immersive night walk attraction through the rainforest, aims to attract up to 400,000 visitors next year in conjunction with the Visit Kedah Year (TMK) 2025 campaign.

Its general manager Razak Nayan said that since its opening in May last year, the theme park has welcomed 120,000 tourists and the number is expected to reach 200,000 by the end of this year.

“We are targeting double the number of visitors next year due to TMK 2025, which we anticipate will increase tourist arrivals to Kedah, particularly Langkawi.

“We plan to enhance our promotion efforts by offering ticket discounts, running promotions and advertisements across all platforms, and participating in tourism programmes,” he told reporters recently.

He added that various exciting activities and additional features will be introduced at the theme park throughout next year to provide an amazing experience for visitors.

Razak said it will also collaborate with other players in the tourism industry on the island to promote the theme park.
