LONDON, April 27 (Bernama-TASS) -- A cargo ship has been hijacked six nautical miles northeast of the city of Garacad, Somalia, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) Centre said in a statement, TASS reported.
"The UKMTO has received a report of an incident six nautical miles northeast of Garacad, Somalia," the statement reads
According to the UKMTO, "unauthorised persons have taken control of a cargo vessel which has been redirected to within territorial waters."
